Delivery & Returns


All UK orders cost £5.99 delivery and will be shipped with Royal Mail 1st Class from our Manchester base. This will take 1-4 working days to arrive. Any UK Mainland and Northern Ireland orders over the value of £70 will receive FREE SHIPPING.

Any orders outside of the UK & Ireland cost £9.99 for delivery which will take 3-7 days to arrive.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


If you are unhappy with any of your items or if you receive any with a fault we will be happy to accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition; no refund will be made for products that have been opened or are returned damaged. To return a product please contact support@ohbeaut.com. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer (unless faulty item). After receiving a returns confirmation number from our support team, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


The following items cannot be returned:

  • Online Training Videos
  • Due to EU hygiene regulations we can’t refund, replace or exchange lashes/creams returned in non-saleable condition
  • Opened or damaged items
